How do I sign up for Nabad?
The Nabad app is launching soon. Head to the plans page to see options and we'll let you know the moment we go live.
Which studios are part of Nabad?
All Nabad partner studios across Lebanon. The full list will be available in the app at launch.
How do credits work?
Each plan gives you a number of credits per month. Each class costs a number of credits depending on the studio, time slot, and popularity.
Bookings & credits
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, cancel at least 12 hours before class and your credits return automatically. Cancellations less than 12 hours before class are charged 100% of the credits used. No refund.
What if I miss a class?
A no-show is charged 100% of the credits used to book the class. No refund.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Any credits you don't use stay on your account. If you have 5 credits left at the end of the month, they're still there next month on top of your new allowance.
Account & billing
How do I cancel my plan?
Monthly: cancel from the app at any time. The current month isn't refundable, but your plan stops renewing the next month. Annual: once purchased, the annual plan is non-refundable.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the app. Changes apply at your next billing date.

How do I list my studio on Nabad?
Fill out the partner form on the For studios page and our team will reach out within 24 hours.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, no commitment. You only pay per filled spot.
