How can I save by booking through Nabad?
One membership replaces multiple studio passes. The more you train, the more value per class, and you can mix activities (pilates Monday, yoga Wednesday, boxing Friday) without juggling memberships.
How do I know how much a class costs in credits?
Every class shows its credit cost in the app before you confirm. The amount varies by studio, time, and popularity. Peak slots cost more, off-peak cost less.
What if I run out of credits?
Upgrade your plan from the app at any time. Credits are added instantly.
What if I don't use all of my credits?
Your unused credits stay on your account. If you have 5 credits left at the end of the month, they're still there next month on top of your new allowance.
What happens if I cancel a reservation?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to get all your credits back. If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, you're charged 100% of the credits used. No refund.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
Nabad has two plan types:
Monthly: you can cancel from the app at any time. The current month can't be cancelled, but your plan won't renew the following month.
Annual: once purchased, the annual plan is non-refundable.
