Nabad ("we", "us") is a fitness membership platform based in Beirut, Lebanon. We're responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect data you give us and data generated as you use Nabad:

  • Account data: name, email, phone, password.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We never store your full card number.
  • Booking data: classes you book, attend, or cancel.
  • Device data: device type, OS, app version, approximate location.
  • Communications: messages you send to support.

3. How we use your data

  • To run your membership and process bookings.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To send you class reminders, receipts, and product updates.
  • To improve the app and recommend studios you'll like.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum needed to make Nabad work:

  • Partner studios: your name and booking details when you reserve a class.
  • Service providers: payments, hosting, analytics, and email, under contract to protect your data.
  • Legal: when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies & tracking

The website and app use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your membership is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to comply with legal and accounting requirements.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, or a copy of your data. Email studionabad@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted access. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.

9. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you via the app or email before it takes effect.
