1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Nabad account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nabad.

2. Your membership

Nabad is a monthly credit-based membership that gives you access to partner studios in Lebanon. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel from the app.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

3. Credits

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credit costs per class are shown in the app before booking and vary by studio, time, and demand. Any credits you don't use carry over to the following month. Your unused balance is never reset.

4. Bookings, cancellations, and no-shows

Cancel at least 12 hours before class to recover all your credits. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class, as well as no-shows, are charged 100% of the credits used to book. No refund.

5. Pausing & cancellation

Nabad offers two plan types: monthly and annual.

  • Monthly: you can cancel from the app at any time. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing the following month. The current month is non-refundable.
  • Annual: once purchased, the annual plan is non-refundable.

6. Conduct at studios

You agree to follow each partner studio's house rules, arrive on time, and treat staff and other members with respect. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm partner studios.

7. Limitation of liability

Nabad acts as a booking platform between you and the partner studios. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of any class. Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks; you participate at your own risk.

8. Changes to the service

We may update these terms, prices, or features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes via the app or email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Beirut.
